<br />E. Proposal submittal and signature. Six (6) copies of your proposal shall be
<br />signed by a company official with the power to bind the company in its
<br />proposal. All proposals must be completely responsive to the RFP.
<br />111. PROPOSED SCOPE OF SERVICES
<br />A. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
<br />The Consultant shall perform architectural, structural, mechanical,
<br />electrical, and services resulting in
<br />contract documents for the roiect de'cribeZi—below.
<br />El Salvador Center Renovation
<br />The improvements for this project include re -roofing the existing building,
<br />installation of an HVAC system, installation of a fire alarm system,
<br />renovation of existing electrical services and fixtures throughout the
<br />building and site, renovation of plumbing services and fixtures throughout
<br />the facility, interior painting throughout the facility, ADA compliance
<br />throughout the facility, renovation of the existing restrooms and showers
<br />for ADA compliance and general improvements, renovation of the Game
<br />Room including new acoustic ceiling, carpet flooring, and windows,
<br />renovation of the Multi -Purpose Room including new wood flooring,
<br />acoustic ceilings, new cabinets, and ballet bars and mirrors, renovation of
<br />the kitchen including new tile, plumbing, and linoleum flooring, renovation
<br />of the Arts and Crafts Room including new linoleum flooring, cabinets,
<br />acoustic ceiling, and windows, renovation of playground equipment,
<br />renovation of the Gym including new wood flooring, bleachers,
<br />backboards, scoreboard, interior doors, acoustic walls and ceiling, and
<br />windows, renovation of the Ceramic Room including new windows,
<br />acoustic ceiling, carpet flooring, and new interior walls, doors, and frames,
<br />Entry Hall improvements including interior wall construction, acoustic
<br />ceiling, lath & stucco, exit doors and hardware, carpet flooring, and
<br />Miscellaneous Exterior improvements including lighting, sidewalks, lath &
<br />stucco, signing, and exit doors.
<br />B. PRE -DESIGN MEETING
<br />1. Meeting shall be coordinated by City's Project Manager.
<br />2. Discuss project scope with Design Review Team to review and refine -
<br />design criteria, program objectives, specific areas of concern and
<br />goals.
