3. Define project schedule dates. <br />4. Obtain documents and information from City Park Planning Staff as <br />outlined in "City Responsibilities" section. <br />C. PROGRAM ANALYSIS / DESIGN DEVELOPMENT <br />1. Assess and incorporate all design criteria - and construction <br />requirements as identified below. The following design requirements <br />shall conform to the City of Santa Ana and other governmental <br />agency requirements including, but not limited to handicapped <br />requirements, safety provisions, CBC, seismic considerations, <br />orientation, mechanical, electrical, maintenance factors, flood zone <br />requirements, fire and security codes: <br />• Santa Ana Municipal Code <br />• California Building Code (CBC) <br />• American's with Disabilities Act <br />• California Energy Code (Title 24, Part 6) <br />• California Mechanical Code (CIVIC) <br />• Appliance Standards, California Code of Regulations, Title 20 <br />• California Electrical Code (CEC) <br />• California Fire Code (CFC) <br />• National Fire Protection Association <br />• US Dept. of Agriculture <br />• California Plumbing Code <br />It will be the responsibility of the consultant to verify that it has <br />received the latest version or update of these documents. <br />survey.
