Recently. <br />OCCTAC was granted State Certificatic'n by the Department of Education to provide Supplementary <br />EduG~tlonal Services to Santa Ana youth during after-school hOlurS. OCCTAC is a community-based organization that :prioritizes on community service, <br />mene.xing programs, and leadership opportunities for both youth, and adults/parents in our community. <br />We scrongly believe that our After-school (Arts, Literacy, Tecbmology) and mentoring programs will <br />help Clarticipants leam responsible and positive social behaviors -that are necessary to succeed in life. <br />Furtt.~rmore, this training will develop leadership skills necessar)' to empower our Santa Ana youth, <br />arId ~,ui]d higher levels of self-esteem. <br /> <br />81 Adult Mentoring for the period of participation and a subseauent period. for a total of not less than <br />]:2 rr,,:mths. OCCT AC has a partnership with the Santa Ana CoHlege. Chapman University and CaJ <br />State Fullerton to provide mentoring pro,grams to our youth.
