Exhibit A: Statement of Work <br />used in conjunction with the Project Schedule. The purpose of the log is to identify outstanding <br />issues, provide continual status updates on specific tasks and to identify responsibilities of the <br />parties. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is considered complete when the Project Kickoff Session has been held with TriTech <br />representatives in attendance, an action item log has been developed by both TriTech and Santa Ana, and <br />a schedule has been prepared and all subtasks have been completed in their entirety. <br />Task 1-A: Finalize Hardware Requirements and Conduct Site Survey/Preparation <br />Objective: Validate and finalize Santa Ana's hardware and third -party software requirements. <br />Task Description: <br />TriTech will reevaluate the proposed hardware configuration for accuracy and completeness. This <br />validation step will also include verification of hardware, operating system software, and third -party <br />software warranty periods and future maintenance costs (if any). <br />Responsibilities: <br />TriTech shall: <br />a. Verify with Santa Ana personnel, TriTech recommended computer processor(s), operating system <br />software, third -party software, all associated workstations, printers, communications and related <br />com ponents. <br />b. Assign a hardware technician to review all of the exiting hardware, operating system software and <br />third -parry products. <br />C. Prepare a final hardware and operating system software requirements list, thus amending Project <br />Deliverables (if necessary). <br />d. Review Santa Ana's existing communications environment to ensure compatibility with the <br />equipment and subsystems proposed, and make recommendations as applicable to meeting <br />these requirements. <br />e. Review Santa Ana's mobile data device types for fire and certify that they are compliant with <br />TriTech's minimum hardware requirements for optimal application use. <br />f. Pre -plan installation activities with Santa Ana and all subcontractors. <br />Santa Ana shall: <br />a. Provide, upon request, information on existing hardware and operating system software <br />components and terminal networks, as well as projected utilization statistics and other information <br />as is reasonably required to validate final hardware requirements. <br />b. Review the final hardware and operating system software configuration with the TriTech project <br />team. <br />C. Review TriTech's recommendations regarding any existing communications networks and <br />workstations and make any and all necessary modifications identified by TriTech to ensure <br />compatibility with the equipment and system to be installed. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />
