Exhibit A: Statement of Work <br />personnel. <br />Task 5 CAD Subsystem Interfaces <br />Objective: Develop, install and test all CAD Subsystem Interfaces. <br />Task Description: <br />Once the equipment and software have been installed on Santa Ana's premises, all remaining local and <br />remote interfaces as specified in the list of deliverables in the contract documents will be developed, <br />installed and tested. <br />Responsibilities: <br />TriTech shall: <br />a. Design, transfer, install and unit test all software required for the CAD subsystem interfaces <br />(defined in Exhibit B) resulting in their operating in accordance with the Functional System <br />Description, Change List and Interface Control Documents. <br />b. Identify all required information on record layouts and documents necessary to establish interfaces <br />with all local and remote systems and facilities sixty (60) days prior to installation (failure to identify <br />interface requirements sixty (60) days prior to installation will trigger a contractor -caused delay). <br />Santa Ana has made every effort to include interface specification requirements in the attached <br />interface control document. However, TriTech is responsible for identifying and requesting all <br />information necessary to successfully install and test every interface identified within this task and <br />the Interface Control Document sixty (60) days prior to installation. <br />Santa Ana shall: <br />a. Provide requested information on record layouts and documents necessary to establish interfaces <br />with all local and remote systems and facilities at least thirty (30) days prior to scheduled interface <br />work. <br />b. Provide and install all communications lines and equipment not provided by TriTech as <br />deliverables according to the contract documents. <br />C. Ensure that necessary certifications, approvals and other related issues will be completed by <br />Santa Ana at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to scheduled interface work. <br />d. Provide all required liaison support with the agencies and vendors required to support the <br />interfaces. <br />e. Ensure that the necessary technical support is made available for installation, testing and <br />demonstration of the interfaces. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is considered complete when each interface is installed and unit tested. The operation or <br />availability of the external system or third -party software is necessary for task completion. All re -hosted <br />interfaces will use existing documentation, and for new interfaces, there will be new materials provided. <br />Task 6: Mobile Implementation <br />Objective: Install, configure and demonstrate Mobile functionality. <br />Task Description: <br />13 <br />
