Exhibit A: Statement of Work <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is considered complete when the scheduled technical and user training on each installed <br />subsystem is completed. <br />Task 16: CAD Production Cutover <br />Objective: Place CAD into Production Operation. <br />Task Description: <br />Once functional testing is complete, TriTech will certify the CAD subsystem as operational and ready for <br />production operation and assist Santa Ana in placing the subsystem into productive use. Santa Ana may <br />elect to shadow operations during this period by using both the existing CAD product as well as the newly <br />installed TriTech CAD product to foster comfort in system operation. TriTech personnel will be on site for <br />pre -live cut and post -live cut support. After cutover to live operations, a 30-day reliability test period will <br />begin. <br />Responsibilities: <br />TriTech shall: <br />a. Assist Santa Ana staff in placing CAD into a production status. <br />b. Monitor the initial operation of CAD and answer any operational questions raised by Santa Ana. <br />C. Provide, at a minimum, the services of one (1) technical person and one (1) resource person for a <br />maximum of eight (S) hours per day for three (3) calendar days on -site to monitor the subsystem. <br />The exact hours will be determined by Santa Ana. TriTech will remain on site if conditions warrant <br />(i.e., level 1 or 2 system problems). <br />d. Assist the training staff in utilizing the subsystem and the computer operations staff in supporting <br />the subsystem. <br />Santa Ana shall: <br />a. Place the software into production within five (5) calendar days following certification and begin <br />operational use in consultation with TriTech. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is considered complete when CAD is placed into production operation. <br />Task 17: CAD Subsystem Reliability Testing <br />Objective: Verify the level of reliability of CAD in a production environment. <br />Task Description: <br />Verify that the CAD subsystem demonstrates reliable operation in a production environment. <br />CAD will demonstrate critical subsystem availability levels of 99.999% or better for a thirty (30) calendar <br />day Reliability Testing period. <br />If subsystem availability is interrupted due to a critical or high priority failure, the Reliability Testing period <br />22 <br />
