The City Manager proposes to adjust the salary level for the middle- <br />management classification of Executive Assistant to the City Manager <br />(MM), and the Executive Director of Planning and Building proposes to <br />adjust the salary level for the middle-management classification of <br />Community Preservation Manager (MM), in order to properly align the <br />compensation level of these classifications with the compensation of other <br />middle-management classifications in the City. <br /> <br />H. The City Manager proposes to amend the allocation of positions in the <br />Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 2006-2007 by reallocating one (1) full time <br />position to a classification title that more properly reflects the level of <br />responsibility and the highly complex duties to be performed, and which <br />will be consistent with both the City's overall classification structure and <br />the structure of other comparable organizations in the labor market. <br /> <br />I. The Executive Director of Community Development proposes to amend <br />the allocation of positions in the Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 2006-2007 <br />by reallocating one (1) full time position to a classification title that more <br />properly reflects the level of responsibility and duties to be performed, and <br />which will be consistent with the City's overall classification structure. <br /> <br />J.
