<br />Section 4: That Section 3B of Resolution No. 91-066, as amended, is hereby <br />further amended by adjusting the pay level assigned to the following classification titles: <br /> <br />Classification Title <br /> <br />15-Step Salarv Rate Ranae (SRR) Effective 11/01/06: <br />FROM Annual Salarv TO Annual Salarv <br />No. (Min-Max) No. (Min-Max) <br /> <br />A. Community Preservation <br />Manager (MM) MM-22 ($82,032-115,896) MM-26($90,552-127,920) <br /> <br />B. Executive Assistant to <br />the City Manager (MM) MM-18 ($74,316-105,012) MM-17($72,492-102,444) <br /> <br />Section 5: That Ordinance No. NS-2713, the Annual Budget for Fiscal Year <br />2006-2007, as amended, is hereby further amended by: <br /> <br />A. reallocating one (1) full time position from the classification title of <br />Assistant to the City Manager (AM), Salary Rate Range AM-711 (min $80,424 - max <br />$97,788 per year), to the classification title of Executive Assistant to the City Manager <br />(MM), Salary Rate Range MM-17 (min $72,492 - max $102,444 per year). <br /> <br />B. reallocating one (1) full time position from the classification title of <br />Workforce Specialist I, Salary Rate Range 551 (min $36,804 - max $46,980 per year), <br />to the classification title of Receptionist, Salary Rate Range 522 (min $31,956 - max <br />$40,776 per year). <br /> <br />Section 6: That except as amended by this Resolution, all other provisions of <br />Resolution No. 82-110, as amended, Resolution No. 91-066, as amended, and <br />Ordinance No. NS-2713 setting forth the Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 2006-2007, as <br />amended, shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />Section 7: That this Resolution shall be operative from and after <br />November 1, 2006. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 16th day of October, 2006. <br /> <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2006-077 <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />
