Project Team Organization <br />Organization and Key Personnel <br />DMJM Harris offers its clients leading expertise and a proven, <br />cost-effective team to deliver transportation improvement <br />projects. We fully understand how to serve clients as an <br />extension of their staff, providing expert consulting and <br />engineering services and keeping our clients informed <br />throughout each stage of the project. Each staff member <br />is dedicated and committed to the quality of service that is <br />DMJM Harris's trademark. Our project organization is shown <br />below (Figure 11). Resumes of these key team members are <br />included in the Appendix. <br />Project Manager <br />Dr. Krishnan, PE will be the Project Manager and single point <br />of contact for this project and is personally committed to the <br />City of Santa Ana to see that the project is a complete success, <br />His strength is in bridge structural design and management of <br />projects with an emphasis on bridges and related structures. <br />He has considerable knowledge of seismic design criteria <br />to provide structural integrity during seismic activity. He <br />was part of a State-sponsored research team (ATC -32) <br />which focused on developing seismic design guidelines for <br />transportation structures in California. <br />Kosal has an in-depth understanding of bridge structures and <br />construction. Dr. Krishnan has <br />strong management skills gained from his project experience <br />throughout his 20 -year career. <br />Technical Advisor <br />Tom Barnard, P.E. will serve as the Technical Advisor for <br />the project. Mr. Barnard has participated in numerous local <br />agency HBRR program projects in a variety of capacities, <br />from providing assistance in the funding application process <br />to managing the design and construction of these often <br />complex projects.
