<br />one (1) informal mid-year progress review shall be held <br />between the Executive Director and each of his or her <br />subordinate Middle Management employees. <br />b. Performance and Ratinas. Each Middle Management <br />employee's performance in relation to his or her agreed upon <br />annual objectives and managerial behaviors will be evaluated <br />according to the following performance rating scale: <br />Performance Levels <br />Sianificantlv Exceeds Expectations: <br />Consistently exceeds all objectives, requirements and <br />expectations by a wide margin. <br />Exceeds Expectations: <br />Consistently meets all objectives and requirements and <br />exceeds several. <br />Meets Expectations: <br />Meets objectives and requirements. <br />Below Expectations: <br />Fails to meet some objectives and requirements. <br />Unacceptable: <br />Performance is significantly below the minimum required. <br />5.
