The Contractor shall be responsible for purchasing, receiving and storing, all goods sold through commissary or necessary for commissary„operations. All goods shall remain the property of the Contractor until they are delivered to the customer (inmate). The Contractor shall be, responsible for ensuring that the correct merchandise is ordered and received regarding quantity and quality. The Contractor shall ensure that any deliveries made to thOdd ity are scheduled to correspond with the Santa Ana Police Department receivirig dock schedule. The Santa Ana Police Department Property and Evidence Supervisor,, hall require advance notice of all deliveries. • KCN Response: KCN has read, understands and will comply with the above. 3. The Contractor shall have staff on duty, to receive, move and store all deliveries. D REPORTS, AUDITS AND ACCOUNTABILITY The proposal should include samples of the following Contractor reports to the Jail Administrator and any other reports that may be useful. 1) Sales and commission reports should indicate: sales total for order forms, and commission due the Inmate Welfare Fund.
