The responding vendors <br />shall specify the actual speed their technology can support seamless handoffs without <br />interruption of service and without using third party hardware/software. <br /> <br />3.10 Regulatory Compliance: The proposed system must be capable of operating in the <br />licensed 4.9 GHz Public Safety spectrum. <br /> <br />3.7 Wireless Broadband Network Requirements: The system shall be scaleable to any <br />number of users and access points/wireless routers. <br /> <br />.
