Will allow for a Drag and Drop method of transferring jpg, .gif, <br />word, video, excel and .pdf files. All files will be automatically categorized by twe at <br /> <br />each user. <br /> <br />3.8 <br /> <br />Shared Video: Will allow for IP camera discovery, Live audio from camera. Shall allow <br />users to assign discreet ID or names to the camera. Will provide concurrent or restricted <br />viewing of wired or wireless cameras. It will work with any IP addressable camera. <br /> <br />/ <br />/ <br />\./ <br /> <br />Mobilitv: The wireless broadband network will be mounted in various first responder <br />and emergency vehicles that will include, but not be limited to, police cars, fire trucks, <br />Haz-Mat vehicles, command and support vehicles as well as portable/hand-held systems. <br /> <br />The network shall support mobile users at speeds up to 100 mph. The responding vendors <br />shall specify the actual speed their technology can support seamless handoffs without <br />interruption of service and without using third party hardware/software. <br /> <br />3.10 Regulatory Compliance: The proposed system must be capable of operating in the <br />licensed 4.9 GHz Public Safety spectrum. <br /> <br />3.7 Wireless Broadband Network Requirements: The system shall be scaleable to any <br />number of users and access points/wireless routers. <br /> <br />. The system shall support file transfers of video images and streaming video. <br />. Self- forming and self- healing wide area wireless mesh routing providing <br />increased network availability and robustness. <br />. Mobile soft hand-off (make before break connections delivering seamless <br />mobile networking). <br />. Ad hoc/Peer-to-Peer networking capability for enhanced on-scene incident <br />management with zero infrastructure requirements. <br />. Infrastructure meshing to create a wide-area wireless broadband backhaul. <br />.
