In the event client <br />records are determined to be incomplete or inaccurate after payment has been <br />made, COUNTY may treat such payment as an overpayment within the provisions of <br />this Agreement. <br />24.3 Public Records: <br />With the exception of client records or other records referenced <br />in Paragraph 27, entitled Confidentiality, all records, including but not <br />limited to, reports, audits, notices, claims, statements and correspondence, <br />required by this agreement may be subject to public disclosure. COUNTY shall <br />not be liable for any such disclosure. <br />24.4 Inspections and Audits; <br />24.4.1 The Department of Health and Human Services, Comptroller <br />General of the United States, Director of the California Department of Social <br />Services, State Auditor-General, ADMINISTRATOR, COUNTY'S Auditor-Controller <br />and Internal Audit Department, or any of their authorized representatives, <br />shall have access to any books, documents, papers and records, including <br />medical records, of CONTRACTOR which any of them may determine to be pertinent <br />to this Agreement for the purpose of financial monitoring. Further, all the <br />above mentioned persons have the right at all reasonable times to inspect or <br />otherwise evaluate the work performed or being performed under this Agreement <br />and the premises in which it is being performed. <br />24.4.2 CONTRACTOR shall make available its books and financial <br />records within the borders of Orange County within ten (10) days after receipt <br />of written demand by ADMINISTRATOR. <br />24.4.3 In the event CONTRACTOR does not make available its books <br />and financial records within the borders of Orange County, CONTRACTOR agrees <br />to pay all necessary and reasonable expenses incurred by COUNTY, or COUNTY'S <br />(WBC0607) <br />31 of 4D <br />(April 9, 2007) <br />
