consultants possible. We use appropriate modern sourcing techniques to find the
most qualified resources locally, from across the country and around the world.
14. Provide a description of Proposer's methods used to assess and confirm
candidate's technical skills /knowledge, experience, work habits,
interpersonal skills, etc.
We start with an initial interpersonal screening process that focuses on personality
traits, work habits, communication skills, etc. Next, we utilize technical screeners
from our in -house technical team to screen for technical skills. We then match the
experience stated on their resumes to actual on the job experience. If necessary,
we issue technical tests to assist with the screening process.
All of our candidates must agree to fill out a background check form, regardless of
whether or not it is required by the client. All of this is done prior to the resume
submittal of a candidate for any given requirement.
16. When a consultant is specifically invited back to
a client for a new assignment, this truly reflects a solid display of quality.
