The CITY 1 S Executive Director of Public Works <br /> <br />Agency or his designee shall be the representative of CITY and may <br /> <br />issue all consents, approvals, directives or agreements on behalf <br /> <br />of CITY called for by this AGREEMENT. <br /> <br />shall be <br /> <br />the representative of CONSULTANT for purposes of this AGREEMENT. <br /> <br />Notices and written communications sent by one <br /> <br />party to the other shall be as follows: <br /> <br />To CITY: <br /> <br />James G. Box 1988, M-22 <br />Santa Ana, CA 92702 <br /> <br />To CONSULTANT: <br /> <br />Notices delivered personally shall <br /> <br />be deemed <br /> <br />communicated upon delivery; mailed notices shall be deemed <br /> <br />communicated upon deposit in the U. S. mail, postage prepaid, and <br /> <br />addressed as indicated above. <br /> <br />7. Termination of Agreement <br /> <br />This AGREEMENT may be terminated by the CITY before CONSULTANT's <br /> <br />services have been fully performed, upon thirty (30) days written <br /> <br />notice of termination to the CONSULTANT. In such event, CONSULTANT <br /> <br />shall be entitled to receive and CITY shall pay CONSULTANT <br /> <br />compensation for all work performed by CONSULTANT prior to <br /> <br />CONSULTANT's receipt of such notice of termination; provided, <br /> <br />however, that as a condition of such payment, CITY will require <br /> <br />12 <br />
