4. Pedestrian Bridge - Lock all gates, doors and elevator accesses. Lock gate from overpass to <br />main building <br />D. Depot Unlock Function /Open Facility <br />1. Unlock /open of Depot facilities will be done at 5:00 am. seven days a week. <br />2. Unlock all required doors and turn on all designated lighting. <br />3. Unlock all parking structure perimeter doors and rolling gate. <br />E. TOCO Patrol <br />Every hour TOCO patrols are required at this post, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Each patrol must <br />consist of a minimum of thirty (30) minutes. Officers are stationed outside at all times. <br />At least twenty -five (25) TOCO buttons will be strategically placed in areas of The Depot building, parking <br />structure, parking lots, pedestrian bridge, east and west platforms and perimeter of installation to provide <br />the maximum - security coverage and visibility to the public. <br />F. Miscellaneous Duties <br />High visibility throughout the Depot complex is essential. When two officers are on post, they can <br />tag team the parking areas, pedestrian bridge area, platform and boarding areas. Anyone found loitering <br />or looking in cars is to be questioned. Call Police on suspicious activities immediately. Use TOCO <br />rounds as additional observation tools. <br />G. Radio Equipment <br />Each officer is required to carry a portable radio at all times. This provides emergency response <br />of police and /or security backup. <br />H. Transients and other unauthorized individuals <br />Individuals must have a reason for visiting the Depot. All Transients /vagrants, drunks and all <br />other individuals that have no business at The Depot, will be asked to leave and will be escorted off the <br />premises. If any refuse — call police. <br />I. Authorized Taxi Cab Service <br />The Depot authorizes the services of only one (1) Taxicab Company to utilize the Cab Zone to <br />pick up customers. A WHITE AND YELLOW CAB COMPANY, INC. is presently, the only Cab Company <br />authorized to drop off passengers and to use the Cab Zone for pickup of passengers. If you notice an <br />unauthorized cab company loitering on the premises, they are to be told to leave. Whenever possible, <br />get the cab company name and cab number or license plate number and include this information in your <br />DAR. <br />J Bus Bays 1 2 and 10 — Orange Co. Transit Authority (O.C.T.A.) <br />1. Bus bays 1, 2 and 10 are used by O.C.T.A. shuttle services and bus route 56, to transport <br />travelers to the main O.C.T.A. Santa Ana Bus Terminal. <br />2. Bus bays 4, is Crucero <br />3. Bus bays 5, 6 are Greyhound Lines. <br />4. Bus bays 7 and 8 are Transportes Intercalifornias <br />5. Bus bay 9 is used by Tres Estrellas de Oro <br />13 <br />
