6. Pay close attention to individuals loitering in and around vehicles in <br />parking structure and lots. <br />7. On last TOCO round, check all vehicles for break -ins, etc. & report finding in D.A.R. <br />8. Be ready to pass on any important information to next shift. <br />C. Graveyard Shift 12:00 midnight -8:00 a.m. <br />1. On first TOCO round, check all vehicles for break -ins, etc. & report findings in D.A.R. <br />2. Maintain outside surveillance. <br />3. TOCO round every hour. Hitting all TOCO buttons. <br />4. Lockup facility at 12 midnight. Turn off all designated lights in control panel in electrical room. <br />5. Be available to meet incoming trains and buses to assist patrons who may have parked in the <br />structure. <br />6. Concentrate on outside patrols to remove loiterers, and all unauthorized individuals from the <br />property. (after 2:00 am) <br />7. Check all exterior doors of facility and parking structure to make sure they are locked. <br />8. Unlock facility at 5:00 am daily. Turn on all designated lights in control panel in electrical room. <br />9. Raise flags at dawn unless rain is eminent. <br />10. On last TOCO round, check all vehicles for break -ins, etc. & report findings in D.A.R. <br />11. Be ready to pass on any important information to next shift. <br />Note: Security Officers will wear the radio at all times in order to be in contact with Post Commander <br />D. Overlap Shift 4:00 am —12 noon <br />Days and times to be determined by Post Commander. Duties will include tag teaming with Graveyard <br />and Day shift Security officers to assure security surveillance of entire property. <br />Officers going off duty will physically hand over all equipment: noting condition to incoming Security <br />officer. It is required that the two security Officers meet face -to -face at shift change. Incoming officer will <br />be advised of any pending items that need to be addressed. <br />EMERGENCY PROCEDURES <br />A. When emergencies arise, Security Officer will adhere to the following protocol <br />In Life Threatening Situations call 911 then notify Post Commander — then follow his /her orders. <br />Complete Incident Report with proper information. Sign and turn into Post Commander. <br />B. Post Commander will alert emergency facilities /authorities and Depot Manager or his /her <br />designee. <br />C. During the hours when the facility is locked -down (12 midnight to 5 am), entry into The Depot or <br />into any business within The Depot complex is not permitted unless prior authorization has been obtained <br />and Security Officer has been previously instructed. If the Security Officer ascertains that there is an <br />emergency situation inside then he /she may enter to take the necessary step to bring it under control, An <br />Incident Report MUST BE WRITTEN.
