9 ' � <br />notifications at the 65 %, 90% and final submittal milestones, <br />distribution of plans with each notification, and keeping a log of <br />all correspondence with each utility company. <br />b. Positively locate all utilities in accordance with Caltrans Policy <br />on High and Low Risk Uitlities. Potholing shall be provided on <br />utilities located within the limits of the ramp widenings. <br />5. Drainage Design — Consultant shall conduct the following tasks: <br />a. Field reconnaissance of project terrain and existing drainage <br />facilities. Obtain available data and reports from the City, <br />County or Caltrans. <br />b. Prepare the hydrology using the County of Orange Hydrology <br />Manual for the project site, identifying the tributary area to the <br />project and the proposed improvements. Identify the potential <br />increase in runoff due to the Project. Verify existing hydraulics <br />are not impacted by the Project. <br />c. Prepare Hydrology and Hydraulics Report findings and <br />recommendations in conformance with Caltrans requirements <br />and approval. <br />6. Storm Water Data Report (SWDR) — Consultant shall prepare a PS &E <br />level SWDR as required by the Caltrans PDPM. <br />7. Plans Preparation - The plan development will include four milestone <br />deliverables at the 30 %, 60 %, 95% (pre - final) and 100% (final) <br />completion levels. Plans will be prepared in conformance with Caltrans' <br />Plans Preparation Manual. Consultant shall prepare necessary plans <br />consistent with the Caltrans Plans Preparation Manual, and may <br />include but not be limited to: <br />a. Title Sheet <br />b. Typical Cross Sections <br />c. Layout Sheets <br />d. Profiles <br />e. Superelevation <br />f. Details <br />g. Temporary water pollution control <br />h. Drainage plan and contour grading <br />i. Drainage profiles & details <br />j. Utility <br />k. Stage Construction <br />I. Construction Area Signs <br />m. Landscape (disturbed areas only) <br />n. Pavement Delineation <br />o.
