As such, the City will pro- <br />vide the boilerplate contract documents to be included in the specifications package. <br />We will prepare the technical. We propose to use Caltrans standard specifications and <br />method for all special provisions required within Caltrans jurisdictions. <br />Our scope of work for PS &E preparation will consist of geotechnical exploration to <br />develop recommendations for design and construction of the project and environmen- <br />tal site investigation for aerially deposited lead (ADL). <br />Geotechnical Exploration. Additional geotechnical including borings will be re- <br />quired for the final design phase and will be performed per the RFP scope. <br />Aerially Deposited Lead. Based on Leighton Consulting's experience, aerially depos- <br />ited lead (ADL) will be an issue identified in the ISA. Therefore, the following scope <br />was prepared to assess the presence or absence of ADL. The work is being conducted <br />to assess to what extent lead - impacted soil may be present to determine the appropri- <br />ate disposition of soils that will be disturbed during construction of the project. <br />Task 9 90% Design Plans <br />No exception is taken. <br />Stormwater Data Report <br />No exception is taken. <br />Stage Constructions, Traffic Handling, and TMP <br />Final stage construction and traffic handling plans will result from the early study of <br />alternative staging concepts with concurrence from the agencies and property owners <br />PBS &J...
