Our team includes environmental planners familiar with biological and cultural resources; <br />uality permitting; noise and air quality; and hazardous materials. The number of experts in each respective discipline in <br />the southern California region is provided in Section A.1 of this proposal. <br />Provided below is a table that summarizes each team member's current availability to participate on assignments issued under <br />this contract. As shown in the following table, URS will be able to immediately mobilize and execute the range of assignments <br />issued by the City. Our staff is currently between 60 and 70 percent utilized, which leaves ample capacity to ramp up and <br />down as task orders are issued. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AND REFERENCES <br />The proposed URS team has jointly completed hundreds of technical studies and environmental documents for municipalities <br />throughout southern California. In total, our knowledge of the CEQA and NEPA standards and procedures has allowed us to <br />prepare over 3,500 CEQA and NEPA compliance documents for public agencies. <br />Our team will draw on our past experience to deliver high quality products to the City. On all of our projects, we place an <br />emphasis on minimizing impacts to the natural surroundings, nearby developments, local residents and businesses. All the <br />projects and associated tasks that have been completed and that are described in this section were delivered on schedule and <br />within budget. <br />URS has successfully completed many projects within the City of Santa Ana and for the City over the past 14 years. From a <br />planning perspective, we have worked throughout Orange County and many of the surrounding counties. Representative <br />experience and client references are provided below. <br />DRAINAGE AREA MASTER PLAN (DAMP) <br />Client: County of Orange, Public Facilities and Resources Development <br />Reference: Chris Compton, 714.567.6360 <br />Completion Date: Ongoing <br />In coordination with the RDMD, URS prepared a Negative Declaration on the County's 2003 DAMP in accordance with <br />CEQA. Work was conducted under contract for environmental planning and development permit model program for <br />DAMP. The Negative Declaration assessed potential environmental impacts associated with implementation of the <br />
