URS MANAGEMENT APPROACH <br />URS will serve as the prime contractor for this contract. URS' approach to managing on -call contracts is described below. <br />C.1 MANAGING TASK ASSIGNMENTS <br />The following diagram graphically displays the process that URS will follow in accepting, developing, and managing an <br />assignment (i.e., task orders) from the City. Upon selection of a specific assignment, the City Project Manager will contact <br />URS. Our Project Manager, Court Morgan, will coordinate with the City Project Manager to review and understand the scope <br />of the assignment.
