CRAIG RAMELLA <br />GIS/Graphics Designer <br />Role: Mapping and GIS <br />Craig Ramella has been the gra izard of <br />Planning Center since 1987. His er exf <br />includes the use of Arcr.K Auto <br />modeling, and multimedia software. C is <br />reflected in the many roles he has undertaken: Most <br />importantly, he is a GIS Specialist, an essential skill for <br />the planning process. Craig has prepared the mapping for virtually every <br />general plan project (with a mapping component) since he joined the <br />firm, which translates to a geographical knowledge that more than <br />matches hisyears of computer experience. Craig is also skilled at <br />preparing "before and after" visual simulations to assist clients and the <br />public in visualizing projects in advance. The breadth of his computer <br />experience and capabilities gives him a wide array of resources to draw <br />from when a new and creative solution is called for. <br />Arellano Associates <br />Qualifications <br />Established in 1994. Arellano Associates (AA) is a specialized public <br />outreach and communications firm focusing on urban planning, public <br />infrastructure and transportation programs throughout Southern <br />California. AA provides comprehensive communications and planning <br />support services from the planning phase to construction or <br />implementation. We have placed a specific emphasis on transportation, <br />local planning, project management, and technical support programs. <br />AA serves public and private sector clients with improved <br />communications, analytical and strategic planning methods for maximum <br />benefit to constituents, the general public, and the overall environment. <br />AA has also specialized in these professional services geared toward the <br />Latino communities in Southern California. AA is a sole proprietorship <br />and a certified Minority -owned (MBE), Woman -owned (WBE) and <br />Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE). <br />Community Outreach Programs <br />AA professionals excel in providing community liaison services and <br />communication strategies for public -oriented programs focused on small <br />neighborhoods to metropolitan regions.
