Place the software into production within five (5) calendar days following certification <br />and begin operational use in consultation with Positron and in accordance with the <br />Project Schedule. <br /> <br />Completion Criteria: <br /> <br />This task is considered complete when IQjCAD is placed into production operation. <br /> <br />6.Cutover Complete <br />7.Cutover Support For Reliability Testing <br /> <br />Objective: <br /> <br />Verify the level of reliability of IQjCAD in a production environment. <br /> <br />Task Description: <br /> <br />Verify that the IQjCAD subsystem demonstrates reliable operation in a production environment <br />prior to the start of the application software warranty period. <br /> <br />IQjCAD will demonstrate critical subsystem availability levels of 99.9% or better for a thirty (30) <br />calendar day Reliability Testing period. <br /> <br />At the end of this test period, if subsystem availability has not met or exceeded this required <br />level, the Reliability Testing period will continue until this level of reliability has been <br />demonstrated for at least thirty (30) consecutive calendar days. <br /> <br />The IQjCAD subsystem will be considered "down" if there is a failure of any IQjCAD redundant <br />software module or component that prevents critical event entry, dispatch or status monitoring <br />functions to operate at a level that allows operation to continue. Functional problems that do <br />not prevent productive use of the subsystem are not considered downtime.
