This list will be completed and delivered to Santa Ana within five (5) business days <br />following the completion of the subsystem certification phase. These items, plus any others that <br />are found as the subsystem moves into full production operation, will be addressed and <br />corrected in a timely manner (according to an agreed-to schedule) during this period of <br />operation or as part of the warranty period. The resolution of "minor" subsystem problems will <br />not delay the completion of this task. Any further subsystem problem or inconsistency with the <br />functional requirements will be addressed under the provisions of the warranty. <br /> <br />When Positron has corrected and demonstrated all significant functional and operational errors <br />and areas of non-compliance that have been identified on the action item list during the test <br />period, the individual subsystems will be accepted and made available for continuing productive <br />use. Any additional problems or areas of non-compliance identified following this reliability <br />testing period, including those related to any subsystems or ancillary systems that have not yet <br />been placed in productive operation, will not prevent subsystem certification and will be <br />addressed as part of the standard software warranty. <br /> <br />Responsibilities: <br /> <br />Positron shall: <br /> <br />a. Identify a point of contact for logging system interruptions that is available 24/7 during <br />the reliability testing period. Develop and complete a list of "minor" subsystem <br />problems for delivery to Santa Ana within five (5) business days following the <br />completion of Reliability Testing. <br /> <br />b. Address and/or correct the "minor" subsystem problems either during this period or as <br />a part of the warranty period. <br /> <br />Santa Ana shall: <br /> <br />a. Utilize and monitor the IQjCAD subsystem in a production environment. <br /> <br />b. Prepare the site as necessary (Le., ensure communication lines are installed and <br />available, any Santa Ana-provided equipment and external systems are operational, <br />etc.). <br /> <br />c.
