Coordination of circuit loop testing through cross connects with technicians remotely. Configuration <br />of managed routers and CSU / DSU's through that up connection on customer premise. Troubleshooting of circuit <br />issues, router configuration files and DNS zone files on root servers. <br />- Consulting customers on WAN equipment (routers, CSU /DSO's) particularly Cisco, Paradyne, Adtran, and Ascend <br />products. Ordering customer access circuits as well as ATEtT backhaul circuits and general LAN /WAN <br />compatibility issues.
