This will be accomplished in a total of four conversion runs. <br />including two test runs, a full conversion in support of Simulation, and <br />the final conversion for Go Live. <br />Configuration <br />Configuration refers to the setup of the enQuesta application in support <br />City <br />of the standard workflows. S &S will load standard configuration tables <br />and will provide training and assistance in setting up the initial entries. <br />The City will be primarily responsible for completion of alI <br />configurations. <br />Custom <br />Custom programming refers to all custom programming in support of <br />S &S <br />Programming— <br />product inoditications and interfaces. <br />Mods and <br />Interfaces <br />Testing <br />Testing will be conducted throughout many phases of the <br />City <br />implementation, but both S &S and the City. S &S is responsible for <br />testing the base product and customizations and delivering product <br />according to spec. The City is responsible for testing of business process <br />functionality. <br />Simulation <br />The enQuesta system will be utilized as if it were a fully operational <br />City <br />Lawson Software - Confidential 32 <br />
