It is assumed that Santa Ana will provide staff to validate converted data and correct as necessary in existing <br />legacy system as needed throughout the conversion process, under S &S' direction. This staff will include a <br />data cinner,�ion analyst who will he prirlarily responsible for Santa Ana's dichverables that are listed above. <br />It is assumed Santa Ana twill provide screen shots of their leCrcy system showing inquiry on the f011owing: <br />• Accounts with the following scenarios, if applicable: <br />• active and inactive <br />• with past balances. deposits, and penalty charges <br />• with and without meters <br />• with meter exc'utnges that have and have not been billed <br />• with open service order(s) <br />• residential, commercial, industrial, school, landlordltenant, and other applicable <br />classifications of accounts <br />• Consumption history <br />• Billing history <br />• Customers <br />• Premises <br />• Meters <br />• Meter inNentory <br />• Meter readings <br />• Service orders <br />• Account notes <br />• Meter Test <br />• Backflowv <br />S &S, along with Santa Ana, will be responsible for balancing conversion dollars and providing reconciling <br />lists as required. <br />Santa Ana will be responsible for providing conversion mapping rules between legacy systems and enQuesta <br />for important fields including but not limited to: <br />• Cycles <br />• Routes <br />• Rates <br />• Sales classes <br />• Property classes <br />• Tax codes <br />• Tax types <br />• Tax districts <br />• Account active codes <br />• Account status codes <br />• Service types <br />• Service areas and territories <br />• Service states, towns and valid zip codes <br />Santa Ana will be responsible for integrity of data provided fi•om their legacy system and will ensure that all <br />data being converted is completely scrubbed as described above prior to final cutover to enQuesta. <br />S &S will provide a Data Conversion Plan that will: <br />• Specifically list tasks that will require manual entry (automated conversions may depend on <br />completion of manual conversion). <br />• Establish number of pre - install conversions and dates to ensure conversion success. <br />• Assign specific cutoff dates for old tables to be extracted and sent by Santa Ana. <br />• List supporting documentation needed from the Customer to proof post conversion data, <br />including cutoff dates in conjunction with data cutoff if applicable. <br />• Create data conversion testinu checklist. <br />• Assign responsibility to qualified S &S personnel and expected Completion date for development <br />of conversion programs. <br />Lawson Software — Confidential 55 <br />
