LBP Informational Summary. For purposes of information only and in no respect i ntended to be a representati on or warranty of the provisi ons of the L BP REGS, the Cl TY has caused to be prepared an i nformati on summary rel ati ng to the L BP REGS and appl i calci on to dwel I i ng units that may be oocupi ed by reci pi ents of cervi ces and/or fundi ng from SUBRECI PI ENT under thisAgreement. Attachment No. 4 to this Agreement, attached and hereby fully incorporated by this reference, is such information summary. B. Amount of Grant and Quarterly Disbursement. The amount granted to SUBRECI PI ENT is $10,000 (" CDBG FUNDS'), and such funds shal I be expended by SUBRECI PI ENT on or before June 30, 2009. The CDBG FUNDS shall be disbursed by CITY to SUBRECI PI ENT on a quarterly basis, subject to and upon receipt and approval of a complete quarterly activity report from SU B RECI PI EN T, with the final payment subject to the sati sfacti on of the condi ti on precedent of submittal of comp) ete reporti ng i nformati on due on or before July 15th of the apps i cabl a fundi ng year, as herei nafter more ful I y set forth.
