Further, any conflict or potential con - fl i ct of i nte'est of any offi cer of SU B RECI PI ENT shal I be ful I y di sol osed i n wri ti ng pri or to the ex- ec uti on of this Agreement and sari d writi ng shat I be attached and deerned ful I i Morporated as a part hereof.
