The following tasks represent typical but not all services
expected under an on -call contract:
Project Kick -off Meeting
Each assignment would be initiated with a kick -off meeting. The purpose of the meeting is
to confirm timeframes and milestone submittal dates, contacts and flow of information, and
to obtain cumulative conditions and baseline data from staff.
Project Description
AMEC would develop a detailed project description based on receipt of conceptual
improvement plans. The IS
would be completed in a format consistent with City requirements and the City's IS
Checklist. The IS analysis would identify issues where standard mitigation measures could
reduce anticipated impacts to levels less than significant as well as issues requiring further
technical analysis or where full mitigation may not be feasible. Based on the IS analysis,
AMEC would provide input to the City on whether a MND can be supported or if an EIR is
necessary for CEQA compliance.
AEOM20 Environmental SOQ.doc 11 AMEC Earth & Environmental, Inc.
