MBA <br />is committed to maintaining the necessary financial, technical, and staff resources for City projects. <br />The MBA Team is accessible. We pride ourselves on being readily available and in communication <br />with our clients - communication is the hallmark of MBA's services. Identified staff will be <br />consistently accessible via Blackberry for e-mail and telephonic transmissions. We are also available <br />to attend or lead day and evening meetings with City staff or the public, as required. MBA has <br />ongoing and recent experience working with a number of public agencies on projects that require <br />constant interaction with local, State, and federal agencies, as well as public involvement with local <br />community groups and stakeholders. As requested in the RFP, MBA has listed projects similar to <br />those the City may assign and encourages the City to contact these references to verify our ability to <br />produce high -quality work and provide excellent client service. <br />Client service is the foundation from which high -quality work is produced. Our attention to detail aligns <br />with our focus on providing outstanding client service to set the MBA Team apart from our competition. <br />Specifically, MBA is prepared to take responsibility for project initiation and organization, preparation of <br />all required CEQA/NEPA notices, data compilation, impact assessments, development of thresholds of <br />significance and mitigation measures, report compilation and distribution, preparation of the mitigation <br />monitoring program and findings/overriding considerations, legal monitoring and review, response to <br />public comments, presentations at scoping and public meetings and public hearings, coordination <br />between City staff, and the MBA Project Team. <br />MBA is confident that we will be able to provide the environmental services needed by the City of Santa Ana <br />and meet the objectives of the City of Santa Ana.
