Mike Greene, INCE—NoiseNibration Mike has spent over 19 years in the field of acoustical analysis and noise control engineering. His expertise is in analyzing future noise and vibration impacts from and on proposed transportation, residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Mike also designs control measures for noise effects and has prepared numerous reports presenting the results of field measurements, analytical modeling, and noise control measures to meet federal, state, and local noise standards. He is skilled in modeling roadway noise impacts using the Federal Highway Administration's Traffic Noise Model (TNMO). He holds a BS in Applied Mechanics from the University of California, San Diego.
