Wendy is a cef#ified Downtown Professional from the <br />California Downtown Association and an AICP Certified Planner. <br />She holds a MURP in Urban & Regional Planning and a BA in <br />Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, <br />Irvine. <br />Keith Cooper, AICP—Air Quality/Health Risk <br />Assessment <br />Keith has more than 10 years of experience as an environmental <br />planner, with specialization in air quality assessments. He has <br />prepared numerous air quality impact assessments for various public <br />infrastructure and private development projects. His expertise <br />includes a comprehensive background in emissions inventory <br />development, construction- and operations -period air quality impact <br />analyses, and air toxics human health risk assessments. Keith holds <br />a BS in Business Administration from California State University, <br />Dominguez Hills, and is an MA Candidate in Urban Planning at <br />UCLA. <br />Mike Greene, INCE—NoiseNibration <br />Mike has spent over 19 years in the field of acoustical analysis and <br />noise control engineering. His expertise is in analyzing future noise <br />and vibration impacts from and on proposed transportation, <br />residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Mike also designs <br />control measures for noise effects and has prepared numerous <br />reports presenting the results of field measurements, analytical <br />modeling, and noise control measures to meet federal, state, and <br />local noise standards. He is skilled in modeling roadway noise <br />impacts using the Federal Highway Administration's Traffic Noise <br />Model (TNMO). He holds a BS in Applied Mechanics from the <br />University of California, San Diego. <br />
