Ted Lee —Biological Resources <br />Ted has been active in ecological research and field studies for more <br />than 11 years and currently specializes in natural resource <br />management and agency consultation. Ted's experience includes <br />agency consultation, conducting wetland delineations and biological <br />studies, performing sensitive species surveys, coordinating large- <br />scale environmental compliance and ecological restoration <br />programs, and preparing CEQA documentation. He earned an MS <br />in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Arizona <br />and a BS in Biology from the University of Michigan. <br />Stacey Jordan, PhD —Cultural Resources (Historic <br />Archaeology) <br />Stacey has been involved in the fields of archaeology and history for <br />over a decade, with specialization in historical archaeology. She has <br />extensive experience in archival research and historical writing and <br />has worked on projects spanning from early colonial contact to the <br />recent past. Supplementing her work in cultural resources <br />management, she conducts research on ceramics, community <br />development, and identity construction in colonial South Africa. <br />Stacey earned a PhD, MPhil, and MA in Anthropology from Rutgers <br />University, New Brunswick, New Jersey, and a BA with High <br />Distinction in Anthropology from the University of California, <br />Berkeley. <br />Richard Starzak—Senior Architectural Historian <br />Richard Starzak has 27 years of experience as an architectural <br />historian, specializing in consultation on behalf of public agencies for <br />compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation <br />Act. He specializes in large-scale architectural/historical surveys <br />required to establish National Register eligibility. He has developed <br />database programs for accessing large inventories of historic <br />resources and creating technical reports. Richard meets the <br />Secretary of the Interior's Professional Qualifications Standards in <br />Architectural History.
