F <br />Jones s <br />Stokes <br />an KY kftematloml Company <br />Antra Buising developed a rave - <br />reviewed workshop in writing for <br />geoscience professionals. <br />8 City of Santa Ana Consultant Services <br />David Greenwood —Architectural Historian <br />David Greenwood has over 5 years of cultural resources experience <br />'with historic surveys, preparation of historic property inventory forms, <br />archival research, Historic American Building Survey/Historic <br />American Engineering Record (NABS/HAER) documentation with <br />large format photography, and field work for individual properties. <br />His skills include drafting, use of AutoCAD, and photography. In <br />2003-2004, David assisted in updating portions of the Caltrans <br />statewide historic bridge inventory by surveying and evaluating a <br />variety of pre-1960 structures, including 17 tunnels and 26 concrete <br />box -girder bridges according to National Register criteria. David <br />earned a BA in Architecture from the University of Southern <br />California. <br />Anna Buising, PhD—Geology/Soils <br />Anna Buising is an environmental planner with extensive experience <br />in geological sciences. She specializes in preparation of technical <br />sections related to geology/seismicity/soils, hydrology/water quality, <br />and various other topics. She is also active in geohazards <br />abatement planning work. As a teacher, Anna and her students <br />were among the first researchers to use the Neogene stratigraphic <br />record to test quantitative reconstructions of past movement on the <br />San Andreas fault system. Anna earned a PhD in Geological <br />Sciences from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a BS <br />in Geology from the University of California, Los Angeles. <br />Russ Grimes—HydrologyMater Resources <br />Russell Grimes is a senior environmental scientist who has worked <br />extensively on water -related issues in California. Russ has <br />addressed a range of issues from ESA consultation and preparation <br />of environmental documentation to rule making. He has managed <br />many high -profile water management and use projects throughout <br />California. Russ' scientific, technical, and real world environmental <br />and water management planning experience allows him to <br />thoroughly identify and address key issues. Russ earned an MS in <br />Environmental Management from the University of San Francisco <br />and a BA in Environmental Studies (minor in Economics) from <br />California State University, Sacramento. <br />
