The proposed project site is located in an urbanized area that does not <br />' contain any federally protected wetlands as defined by Section 404 of the Clean <br /> Water Act. No further study is required, and no mitigation measures are <br /> necessary. <br />D. Conflict with the provisions of an adopted Habitat Conservation Plan, Natural <br />' Community Conservation Plan, or other approved local, regional, or state habitat <br /> conservation plan? <br />' No Impact. As discussed earlier, the project site is located in an urbanized <br /> location not covered by a Habitat Conservation Plan, Natural Community <br />' Conservation Plan, or any other approved local, regional, or state habitat <br />conservation plan. No further study is required, and no mitigation measures are <br /> necessary. <br />' Cultural Resources <br />A. Cause a substantial adverse change in the significance of a historical resource as <br />' defined in Section 15064.5? <br />No Impact. The project site does not contain any structures that are listed on <br />local, state, or federal historic resource lists. Additionally, the City of Santa Ana <br />' Historic Resources Map (City of Santa Ana 1998: A-54) does not list any historic <br />resources on or near the project site.
