We access to vetted <br />production vendors ranging from technical teams, stage, utility <br />equipment rentals, tents, food, beverage, security, visual artists, <br />photographers, videographers, and artisan vendors, all of whom <br />are available as needed. <br />Photography & Videography Our quality photography services capture overall activities, <br />programs, attendees, and entertainment with a 24-hour <br />turnaround service and offer 360-degree photobooth, magazine <br />cover photo booth experiences for attendees. Videography offers <br />drone footage, edited short videos for social media and website. <br />Graphic Design & Branding Creative team that understands the target audience as the key to <br />creating visuals that capture attention with a call to action and <br />ability to brand the project. <br />Marketing Campaign Capability to create and lead strategic marketing campaigns with <br />essential tactics to promote and position the events in the <br />market. <br />Printing ARAS owns AMG Printing which aligns with the agency's projects <br />in need of marketing collateral materials, promotional items, and <br />event signage. In-house print production is responsive with <br />quality control and manages last-minute production needs on - <br />time and on -budget. <br />Media Relations Strong relationships with media outlets for more than 15 years. <br />C. Event Support Services <br />On -site production team has experience in guest registration, load -in management, set-up, and tear <br />down.
