New Feature and EnbaDcement TestiDI <br />Contractor shall put all new features and enbancements tbrough rigorous testing including Alpha and <br />Beta phase as appropriate prior to rolling out the feature to the client-flll:ing interface. Contractor uses a <br />combination of automated and manual testing to perform ongoing quality assurance testing of the service. <br />For automated testing, Quality Assurance (QA) personnel shall utilize Mercury's QuickTest Pro. Manual <br />testing will be perfonned on a case-by-case basis for testing where automation will not suffice. All issues <br />are tracked in an internal bug tracking system and subsequently monitored by not only the individual QA <br />personnel, but also all the Directors involved in the development and release of a feature. QA personnel <br />are involved from the beginning of the software development Iifecycle and see each feature through from <br />development to final launch and validation.
