City of Santa Ana On -Call Civil Engineering, Architectural & Landscaping Design Services - <br />3. STAFFING <br />The DMJM Harris team brings together an experienced <br />team familiar with local agency projects for capital <br />improvements. The extensive experience of our project <br />team members —coupled with their understanding <br />of the scope of services typically required for capital <br />improvements —ensures delivery of high -quality <br />engineering services. The team will be led by Greg Hefter. <br />who brings extensive program management experience in <br />delivering capital improvement projects and coordinating <br />efforts through local agencies. He has been working <br />with the City of Santa Ana on our recent on -call contract, <br />which has included working from within City Hall as well <br />as managing numerous task orders. allowing him to gain <br />a thorough understanding of the City's processes. <br />To support this management team, Greg has assembled <br />experienced staff to meet the specific challenges of this <br />assignment.
