On -Call Contract for Engineering <br />and Landscaping Design Serices Work Plan <br />the priority of activities, responsibilities of personnel and project disciplines, and <br />performance timeframes to assure that key issues are being resolved and team <br />performance is on schedule. <br />► Maintenance of the project status - He will keep current with the Team's <br />progress and direction to assure that objectives are being met on schedule and <br />within budget. <br />► Monitoring of the project schedule - He will use Psomas' proprietary Project - <br />At -A -Glance and a customized Microsoft Project program to monitor resources <br />and progress. <br />► Creation of savings through cost control measures - He will use Psomas' cost <br />accounting software and customized summary reports to provide the City with <br />detailed information needed to monitor the contract's costs. He will track the <br />contract budget using weekly in-house reports generated by Psomas' accounting <br />system. <br />► Production of monthly progress status reports - .He will prepare monthly <br />progress status reports that he will present at regularly scheduled project <br />meetings. These reports will include the completion of work to date, an <br />inventory of uncompleted tasks with the status of completion of each task, a <br />review of project milestones, and a summary of expenditures to date. <br />► Coordination of disciplines and subconsultants - He will manage and lead <br />the various disciplines as required to assure that proper coordination and quality <br />control is taking place. He will require and review monthly progress status <br />reports from each subconsultant. <br />Technical Approach <br />We have prepared a sample Work Plan for the improvement of a hypothetical four - <br />lane divided arterial that includes raised median islands to demonstrate the technical <br />elements of the Work Plan.
