�1 <br />Proposal for Parking Citation Services City of Santa Ana — November 5. 2008 <br />On -line access will allow CITY to determine the amount due, payment activity, <br />hot -sheet (scoff -law) listing with the total amount of fines due, or any <br />administrative records relative to the review /hearing and the dispositions. The <br />On -line access may be used as often as necessary, and for any purpose. <br />A reproduction of the citation is available for all citations including citations <br />issued manually. Through the inquiry mode, the user may print the processing <br />screen(s) or request a facsimile of the citation. A facsimile of the citation is a <br />citation created in a citation format and includes all the same data as indicated on the <br />original citation. An example of a facsimile is provided in Section 9. Samples of the <br />System and Inquiry Screen are available in Section 9. <br />PHOENIX GROUP will provide on -line inquiry access to CITY (at no additional <br />charge). Password protection is provided for all access into the system. CITY will <br />be responsible for any costs for Internet telephone service at CITY, provide an up to <br />date standard computer using Microsoft Windows 2000Pro. <br />The system will be password protected and will be available 24 hours a day with the <br />exception of system back up and maintenance, and /or troubleshooting problems. This <br />feature requires Internet access to link to the Host/Citation Database. We cannot <br />guarantee 98% available 2417 but the system is available 98% of the workday. <br />2.35 Remote Data Entry <br />Remote Data entry is available using only the Internet and WINCITE to obtain full real- <br />time information. Each operator is set up in our system with a unique password for <br />security and tracking purposes. Each operator would then be set up for WINCmire <br />Access with a password and a specified level. This is where each operator is <br />established with a Security Level. It is possible to all the functions to be set as VIEW <br />only. It is recommended that one user be set up as the System Administrator so the <br />levels can be modified or set up to be a custom level. For example, a hearing officer <br />would only have access to complete a hearing — thus creating a custom level for this <br />50 <br />
