Proposal for Parking Citation Services City of Santa Ana - November 5, 2008 <br />SECTION 3 - SOFTWARE, HARDWARE, and COMMUNICATIONS <br />3.01 WINCITE.NET (Host) System Hardware and Software <br />Our latest version of WINC/TE is our Internet based W //VC /TeNeT, The <br />new Parking Citation Management System is a custom software product that has <br />been in full production since 2002. All functions or capabilities requested within <br />the Bid Specifications are fully implemented and in production, with no special <br />programming required to satisfy the needs of CITY. PHOENIX GROUP <br />INFORMATION SYSTEMS designed the Program with speed, accuracy and <br />customer service as primary goals. W /NC /TeNeT is in use throughout <br />California by many municipalities and citation issuing agencies to facilitate their <br />parking citation processing. The original version of our program was designed <br />over 15 years ago and was then rewritten for Y2k compliance in 1999. Our most <br />recent enhancement to the remote access system was the move from a terminal <br />services environment to an ASP.NET environment; completed and introduced in 2002. <br />New features capabilities and functions to our system are: <br />1. Web based net technology, <br />2. Custom letter program that will allow the remote users to select and edit text <br />3. Daily boot file /hot sheet reports, <br />4. Copies of the actual deposit slip accessible over the Internet and /or emailed daily <br />5. Complete reporting accessible over the web <br />6. Ad Hoc Reporting. <br />Preventive Maintenance: Our MIS department performs monthly preventive <br />maintenance to ensure system reliability, data integrity, and over all system <br />health. In addition we maintain testing environments for data integrity checks <br />and system backup /restore processes to insure the performance and reliability of <br />our system. <br />Backups: <br />• Every 15 minutes: Database transaction backup <br />63 <br />
