d. Gather field topography data within the project limits, including, <br />but not limited to, locations of all existing utilities, headwalls, <br />catch basins, culverts, rim and invert elevations of any sewer or <br />storm drain facilities encountered. <br />e. Identify and provide potholing for all high risk utilities in <br />accordance to current Caltrans Policy on High and Low Risk <br />Underground Facilities Within Highway Rights of Way. <br />Supply cross sections at a minimum of 50-foot interval that shall <br />extend a minimum of 200 feet beyond proposed project limits. <br />Cross sections shall include horizontal and vertical locations of <br />centerlines, flowlines, curbs, sidewalks and grade breaks. <br />g. Establish record right-of-way and existing easements of the <br />project site. <br />h. Prepare traffic control plans according to Caltrans standards for <br />survey data collecting along Caltrans facilities requiring shoulder <br />and/or lane closure. <br />2. Right-of-Way Mapping -The Consultant shall provide all necessary <br />R/W engineering for project construction. Other responsibilities are, <br />yet not limited to, the following: <br />a. The Consultant shall order title reports, research and investigate <br />existing record data at the offices of the Cities of Santa Ana and <br />Irvine, County of Orange, Caltrans and any other affected <br />agencies to gather the necessary information to prepare the <br />following right-of-way maps and documents according to <br />Caltrans Right-of-Way Manual and Caltrans Plans Preparation <br />Manual: <br />i. Right-of-Way Record Map <br />ii. Temporary Construction Easements <br />iii. Permanent Easements <br />iv. Utilities Easements <br />3. Geotechnical Design Report and Materials Report - A California <br />licensed Geotechnical Engineer shall prepare a Preliminary Foundation <br />Report to support the APS and Type Selection, Foundation Report for <br />the proposed bridge, retaining walls and soundwall, Geotechnical <br />Design Report (GDR), Materials Report and an Aerially-Deposited <br />Lead (ADL) Content Testing Report. All reports shall be in accordance <br />with Caltrans procedures, regulations, manuals, standards, policies, <br />and format. Tasks include, but are not limited to, the following: <br />a. The Consultant shall submit a geotechnical exploration plan <br />reflecting location and type of boring for Caltrans, the Cities of <br />10 <br />25D-36 <br />
