Use the highest <br />quantity of chemicals (or materials) listed to determine the number range (1,2,3 ... ) <br />Count the number of chemicals (or materials) listed to determine the appropriate range -letter (A, B, C... ). <br />Using the combined Range figures (Number and Letter, 1 -A, 2 -C, etc. to determine the correct fee from the schedule). <br />53503 Late Filing Fee <br />The Fire Chief shall impose a late filing penalty based on additional administrative <br />costs incurred due to the late filing of any business plan, certification, or inventory. <br />The amount of such penalty shall be 25% of the fee for such filing.
