• Maintenance Record: <br />The Contractor shall maintain a record log in each controller cabinet <br />showing the date and time of any service. It shall consist of: <br />o Routine Maintenance <br />o Extraordinary Maintenance <br />All records shall be legibly written or printed. These record logs shall <br />become property of the City. <br />(b) Closed Circuit Television (CCTV): <br />(i) Maintenance period: <br />The Contractor shall perform a complete inspection and service of each <br />CCTV once every three (3) months for proper operation and cleanliness. <br />(ii) Maintenance Tasks: <br />• Cabinets (if applicable): <br />Some CCTV locations have dedicated type 332 cabinet. For these <br />locations, the Contractor shall clean the cabinets thoroughly on the <br />inside, including all components. The Contractor shall remove all <br />unauthorized external attachment such as notices, posters, signs, etc. <br />and notify the City of any graffiti that is on the signal equipment. It is <br />not the Contractor's responsibility to remove the graffiti <br />o Ventilation system: <br />The contractor shall ensure that the cabinet's ventilation system is <br />in working order. Ensure that the Thermostat and Fan operates <br />properly. The air filter shall be replaced and dated every 90 days <br />(regardless of condition). <br />o Battery Backup System (if applicable): <br />The Contractor shall ensure that the battery backup system is <br />charged and in working order. <br />• Field Equipment <br />1. The Contractor shall check all poles and standards for damages. <br />2. The contractor shall clean the camera's housing lens or dome as <br />appropriate. <br />(iii) Maintenance Record: <br />The Contractor shall maintain a record log in each location (with or <br />without dedicated cabinet) showing the date and time of any service.
