University of California, Irvine Tabletop Exercise (UCI TTX): <br />Support for the UCI TTX will be accomplished through the following: <br />1. Coordinate and facilitate up to three (3) exercise planning meetings <br />for the tabletop (TTX) exercise <br />2. Provide a TTX invitation letter, and track RSVPs <br />3. Produce exercise participant badges, table tents, and conduct <br />exercise registration <br />4. Develop and reproduce copies of TTX SITMAN in sufficient <br />numbers for the exercise, but not to exceed 50copies <br />5. Coordinate an appropriate number of facilitators to the TTX <br />6. Produce an AAR within 45 days of the exercise completion <br />7. Provide five (5) hard copies and one (1) CD-ROM copy of each <br />report and submit to the ASAUA Grants Manager <br />8. Prepare all documents in accordance with HSEEP Volume IV <br />standards <br />Cost: $18,500.00 <br />M. University of California, Irvine Terrorism Response Drill (UCI TRD): <br />Support for the UCI TRD will be accomplished through the following: <br />1. Coordinate and facilitate three TRD planning meetings, and submit <br />planning meeting summaries to the exercise design team <br />2. Develop and reproduce 10 copies of the exercise plan (EXPLAN) for <br />the TRD <br />3. Develop and reproduce 75 copies of the exercise Participant Guides <br />4. Develop and reproduce 10 copies of an exercise <br />Controller/Evaluator (C/E) Manual <br />5. Provide assistance in recruiting and coordination volunteer actors. <br />Willdan will not be responsible for transportation or feeding of <br />volunteer actors. <br />6. Provide ten (10) exercise controllers for a 1 -day period. The <br />controllers will assist with exercise administration and control, and <br />will lead the hot wash debrief session(s) at the conclusion of the <br />exercise. <br />
