Wittman Enterprises, LLC <br />Monitoring of Regulatory and Reimbursement Changes <br />Wittman Enterprises, LLC sends out updates to the City regarding regulatory changes via email. <br />Management staff is available to answer any questions that the City may have regarding these <br />changes or any other aspects of compliance. We have at our disposal the tools necessary to <br />provide thorough and complete rate and reimbursement analysis for the Medicare Fee Schedule <br />Implementation Plan. These tools are updated regularly with any changes to the contents of the <br />Medicare process so the integrity of any analysis is maintained. <br />Training of Staff <br />Employees are subject to an initial four week training period in which they gain knowledge of <br />the computer system, how to gather insurance information, and how to navigate our billing <br />software. In addition, all Customer Service Representatives have continuous customer service <br />training. Each new employee has a 90 -day period where 100 percent of his or her work is <br />audited for accuracy, job knowledge, and professionalism. We continuously train our staff <br />through monthly staff meetings that cover a variety of topics from Medicare Training to <br />Customer Service issues. <br />Our Medicare and Medi -Cal Specialists, as well as the Revenue Assurance Team, are updated <br />via email of any changes that may be implemented. This information is passed on through the <br />monthly staff meeting or if needed they are passed on immediately via department memos. <br />Management Staff meets on a weekly basis to discuss any industry or government payer changes <br />that have occurred and the best course of action for implementation. <br />All departments have a company manual that outlines each individual client's contacts, policies, <br />and specific needs. It is updated on a regular basis. Our management staff participates in on- <br />going certificated training on management and customer service. We believe that education is <br />the key to providing excellent service to our clients. <br />Revenue Enhancement Training <br />Wittman Enterprises, LLC is available to provide revenue enhancement training for the City. <br />We also offer documentation training for field personnel.
