Ergonomic Program Development Services <br />These services are designed to assit the City's ergonomic program staff in maintaining the ergonomic <br />program requirements. These services include but are not limited to the following: <br />• Meetings with City personnel <br />• Meetings with City product vendors <br />• Technology support (excluding development) <br />• Follow -up services <br />• Product research <br />• Metrics capture <br />• Program repert genet �tion <br />• Program management <br />Compensation: 595.00 per hour <br />Employee Awareness Training <br />This trainin- program is designed to provide employees with a general awareness of ergonomics, to assist <br />in minimizing exposure to Repetitive Motion Injuries. <br />Training ('onh r21 Ovewi VV <br />The content of the training session will include the following: <br />Review of Frgonomics <br />Repetitive Motion Iniurics — exposures, symptoms and consequences <br />Risk Factors — description and analysis <br />Ergonomic Controls — stretchingr, proper lifting techniques and work practices <br />Review of Frgonomic Equipment <br />Question and Answer <br />Developmew of Training Llaterials <br />All participants will receive handouts including resources on computer workstation setup guidelines, <br />repetitive motion injuries and stretching for the workplace. <br />Compensation. S1300.00 <br />
