1.3.6 Volt -ohm meter (VOH) and other equipment needed to properly test and <br />inspect the systems. <br />1.4 Tests and inspections shall be scheduled two (2) weeks in advance with facility <br />personnel. <br />1.5 Company shall be capable of making minor repairs while on-site. If additional <br />repairs are needed the company will coordinate with facility representatives to <br />complete the repairs. <br />2. Emergency Services <br />2.1 Labor between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, <br />excluding normal holidays, shall be provided to complete the following: <br />2.1.1 Labor to repair system control panel and annunciator panel <br />malfunctions. <br />2.1.2 Labor to isolate system wiring troubles. <br />2.1.3 Labor to troubleshoot fire alarm systems. <br />2.1.4 Labor to replace failed peripheral equipment. <br />2.1.5 Labor to maintain all systems in good working order in accordance to <br />the highest standards of workmanship. <br />2.1.6 Labor to assist owner in isolating problems that arise from the <br />interconnection of systems, (ie. Elevator recall, AHU shutdown, etc.). <br />2.1.7 Labor to complete the required tests and inspections. <br />2.2 Company shall provide all mileage and travel necessary for unlimited <br />emergency service calls to the job -site. <br />2.3 Company shall provide emergency repairs within eight (8) regular working <br />hours, following receipt of call from facility personnel. <br />2.4 Company shall provide 24 hour service, upon the facility's request. <br />III.
