CITIZEN COMMENTS <br />The City of Santa Ana ensured it complied with its Citizen Participation Plan by providing the <br />public an opportunity to review and comment on this annual performance report. A 15-day <br />comment period was held from August 3, 2009, through August 18, 2009. The Redevelopment <br />and Housing Commission of the City of Santa Ana held the required public hearing to review <br />this document on August 18, 2009.
