^ Develop other reports as necessary (ongoing) <br />^ Support agencies (ongoing) <br />We expect that the following activities will have taken place by December 31, 2009: <br />^ Expand database to include new HPRP data standards <br />^ Modify graphical user interface (GUI) to allow for the collection of new HPRP fields <br />^ Develop required progress report for sub-grantees <br />^ Develop required progress report for grantees <br />The outputs of our CMIS data collection system are to: <br />1) Enroll all applicable agencies, as required by HPRP guidelines (to include shelters, <br />medical providers, food pantries, and other social service agencies) in CMIS. <br />2) Survey non-shelter social service providers to identify data needs, potential barriers, and <br />opportunities to increase access to and usability of CMIS. <br />3) Improve the percentage of Orange County shelter beds tracked in CMIS to 90%. <br />4) Improve the perception of CMIS as a valuable and usable community tool. <br />5) Reduce the collective data entry time of participating agencies. <br />6) Improve the percentage of non-sheltering service providers to 25%.
